U4GM Loot Cysts Tips for Paradox Junction Zombies Unlocks

The first time you hit the future side of Nuketown in Paradox Junction, you'll spot those hanging sacs pretty fast, and they're not just background gross-out. They're Loot Cysts, and they're quietly one of the best ways to stabilise a run when rounds start biting back. If you're practising routes or tuning your setup in a CoD BO7 Bot Lobby, they're also a solid "repeatable" objective: feed, pop, scoop, reset. The big thing is remembering they don't exist in the clean, old-school timeline at all—you can waste a whole lap looking and find nothing.

Getting the future timeline online

You've got to earn access before cysts matter. Start by grabbing the truck keys from the dead zombie by the yellow house, then play a few rounds until the Rad-Hounds start showing up (usually Round 5 or 6). That's when the map forces the time shift and you'll get dragged into the past. Move the oil truck when you're able, then push back into the future and clear the temporal storm points in the southern stretch. Once those nodes are down, the future version becomes a proper playground instead of a locked-down teaser, and Loot Cysts begin spawning where they should.

Feeding a cyst without getting embarrassed

Shooting the cyst does basically nothing. It wants souls. The easiest rhythm is: train zombies, park them, then delete them right on the cyst. Don't overthink it. A pack of 10 to 15 is usually enough to get the pulse going without turning your screen into a mess. When you're doing it right, you'll see thin blue streaks whip from the bodies into the sac. If the kills are landing a few metres out, you're burning ammo for zero progress. Shotguns are great here, and anything that hits hard in close quarters works fine too. The pulse speeds up, the glow ramps, and then it bursts in a quick flash.

Loot, Wonder Weapon parts, and team habits

When it pops, the drops can be modest—ammo, tacticals, the occasional nice surprise—but the real chase is Perks and the Blundergat barrel. It's RNG, so don't tilt if the first cyst pays you in scraps. Rotate to the next one. In most matches, the southern area has two reliable cyst positions that are safer than the tight, awkward corners elsewhere. In co-op, have one player run bait and keep the train steady while the others focus fire on the pile-up near the sac. It's cleaner, and you're less likely to get clipped by something spawning behind you.

Keeping momentum in late rounds

Once you've built the Blundergat, cyst feeding gets way less stressful because you can drop zombies right where you need them without dancing around as much, but don't let that confidence get you boxed in. The future layout feels cramped, lines of sight are worse, and you'll get punished for staring at loot on the ground. Clear a lane before you grab anything, reload before you start a feed, and call out who's watching which angle so nobody panics. If you're trying to speed up practice runs or tighten your squad's routine, working cyst routes into your plan—and even testing them in CoD BO7 Bot Lobbies buy sessions—can make the whole loop feel consistent instead of lucky.
